Triveni Halva |
01. 150 grams of grated carrots
02. 60 grams almond
03. 30 grams of peas
04. sugar as per taste
05. a small spoonful of cardamom powder
06. a quarter teaspoon soaked saffron
07. a tablespoon ghee
08. 30 grams small pieces of cheese
09. granulated cloves
10. half teaspoon rose water
11. 700 grams milk
12. 3 fig piece
Make like this -
Heat the milk in the pan (kadaahee) and add carrots and peas and cook it . when the carrots cook well , add almond ,cheese, sugar, cardamom powder, cloves, saffron, figs and ghee and mix well. let this mixture cook . when thickened like halva decorate it with saffron, cardamom powder, and almond cloth and serve hot to serve hot .
