What do you need  1/4 bowl poha, 1/4 bowl of murmure , 5-5 grams mixed sprouts (Moong, Moth, Chana), 1-1 tablespoons finely chopped seasonal fruits (Pomegranate, Mango, Grapes) ,  sev, salt according to taste, chaat masala, a little bit chopped green coriander.

Mamle like this  Insert all the contents of BHEL one by one in one big bowl and mix it well. Serve with finely chopped coriander and chaat masala. Soak 4-6 hours to sprout grains, then bundle in muslin cloth and leave for overnight.
