What do you need 50 gms of gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon oil, 50 grams of rice flour, 1/2 bowl of milk, water according to need, salt according to taste, 50 gram cottage cheese, 25 grams finely chopped spinach, 20 grams finely chopped cauliflower, 20 grams finely Chopped carrot, 5-6 finely chopped garlic buds, one chopped onion, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon licking masala.
Make like this Equate rice flour and gram flour in a large ball. Add salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil and mix well. Put it away as needed and knead it. Put the prepared dough aside.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Put garlic onions and cook in it. Now put all the vegetables and cook it. Cook for two to three minutes. Mix well and add salt and spices. Fill is ready, cool it.
Chapati Vines by making flour ready flour. Roll the filling in between each and roll.Back or fry ready rolls.
