What do you need 
For kadhi - (peeled and finely chopped ), 3 cups of water, 3 tsp gram flour, Two chillies (Red or green), 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander, One spoon oil, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 8-10 Kadhi leaves, Salt and jaggery according to taste (optional).
Make like this Temper the fenugreek by heating the oil in the pan.Now add turmeric powder, asafoetida, hard leaves and chillies one by one . Let it cook for 1-2 minutes . Now add finely chopped kairi (raw mango) in this mixture and mix it. Add water to boil.Pour the water in the gram flour and make a paste. Mix salt and jaggery(optional) in this paste. If the water starts running(boiling), then paste this paste of gram flour gradually. Balance the water and let it cook until the kadhee fragrance comes . Mix green coriander before turning off the flame. You can also mix ready made pakoras in it.
