                     Kairi Pulao
What do you need   One cup rice, one teaspoon ghee, 1 cup finely chopped Kairis, 6 Kadhi leaves, Two teaspoons of peanuts and salt according to flavor.
For spices - One spoon rye, 3 whole red chillies, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and a little dirty coconut.
For tempering - Two tablespoon oil, One spoon rye, One spoon gram dal, A whole red chilli.
Make like this - Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in two cups of water for 5 minutes. Now add ghee and salt to the rice and cook it. Grind all the ingredients (masale) and 1/2 cup of finely chopped Kairis (raw mango) into the mixer while cooking the rice.Now heat oil in a pan.One by one, all the ingredients of tempering should be fried. After placing the ingredients well, add groundnut and curry leaves. Fry them well. Mix the remaining kairis( raw mangos) in it and cook for one to two minutes. Now add powdered spices and cook for 5 minutes. Keep well moving in between. Now add cooked rice and mix it with light arm. Ready rice tastes delicious with the green chutney of Keri.
