Millet khichadi
What do you need One cup of millet. 3 tablespoons yellow moong dal. 1/2 cup rice, One spoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida, One spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger - Garlic Paste, One tablespoon ghee, Two finely chopped green chillies, Salt to taste, 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots, Onions and peas(optional), Cashew nuts to decorate.

Make like this Soak the millet thoroughly and keep it soaked in lukewarm water for 1 hour. After 1 hour, spread it over a clean cloth. Now grind the millet in the mixer . The peeled peel will come up on the go. Clean it. Clean it. Now put pressure cooker on flame and heat it too.Add ghee and cumin after hot ghee. Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, chopped green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and onions one by one. Cook until golden. Add grated carrots and peas and mix them after cooking. Now add mung dal, rice and millet into this mixture. Mix water and salt as needed and apply lid. Three cities come in or cook for 25 minutes. Serve hot with garam masala and cashew nuts. To increase nutrition, you can also add boiled black gram.
